When you sign up for early access, we collect the email address you submit and your consent to receive INKHIDE launch announcements and product updates. Our email service provider may also process subscription-related information such as confirmation status, signup time, and email engagement. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message.

We use signup information to send launch news and relevant product updates, manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security and reliability of our signup process. We do not currently accept orders or collect payment information through this website.

3. Email service provider

We use MailerLite to host our signup form, manage our email list, and send messages. Information submitted through the form is processed by MailerLite on our behalf under its applicable privacy terms. Our signup uses double opt-in, so you may be asked to confirm your email address before receiving updates.

4. Cookies, security and third-party services

Our website is hosted using GitHub Pages. The embedded MailerLite signup form and Google's reCAPTCHA anti-spam service may use cookies, browser information, IP addresses, or similar technical data to operate and protect the form. These providers handle relevant technical information under their own privacy practices. We do not currently use a separate advertising or behavioral-tracking program on this site.

5. Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website and email signup, and when legally required. We do not sell your email address. We retain subscription information while you remain subscribed or as reasonably necessary for compliance, security, and recordkeeping.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an INKHIDE email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on where you live. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

INKHIDE's website and tattoo practice products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
